Do You Know Why You Cannot Lose Weight- Discover Why Most People Fail At Losing Weight!

You probably know this feeling, you’re standing in front of the mirror Friday night and thinking; I need to do something about my weight! And then you make a decision, you make a decision to begin living a healthier and more energetic life… starting on Monday!

You know what, I’ve been there so many times you wouldn’t believe it. But for some weird reason when Monday came I forgot all about it. I never went down to the gym and I never ate all those carrots but I promised myself. And, sure enough, after a while I look myself in the mirror again, and what did I see? I saw the horrifying image of myself and my big bloated belly. Then I made a decision, once again, that on Monday I would start a whole new lifestyle and finally lose all that excessive weight… can you guess what happened when Monday came? Absolutely nothing!

You know, the most common reason that people don’t lose weight and keep staying fat is that they want to do everything at once. I totally understand that, because when you see yourself in the mirror and I’m not satisfied with what you are seeing then you just want to lose this weight as soon as possible… you realize that you have postponed this decision for too long and that makes you sad…

Now, my advice to you, is to instead of trying to do everything at once, focus on changing one habit at the time. I know you want to lose a lot of weight and I know you want to lose it fast. However, it won’t help you that much if you cannot keep it off, will it? I’m pretty sure, that if you manage to lose all your excessive weight by living on carrots for the next two months, it probably wouldn’t take long before you had gained it all back on… this is what is called yo-yo dieting by the experts.

Another very good tip, is to drink lots and lots of water… especially before your meals. Try to make it a habit, to drink one loud splash of water 5 to 10 minutes before your meal. This will make you feel satisfied a lot sooner, so you won’t eat as much. You see, another pattern you often see with overweight people is that they tend to over eat. Drinking lots of four can help you prevent that.

Losing weight isn’t that difficult, as a matter of fact all you have to is eat less calories than you burn. You can eat less or you can move around more. For some people it is easier to control how many calories they eat then it is to control how many calories they burn. It really doesn’t take that much effort to burn a few extra calories here and there. For example, you could take the stairs instead of the elevator or you could park your car a few miles away from your office and walk the rest of the way…

Now, if you only remember one thing from this article, let it be this; don’t postpone your weight loss anymore. There is no reason for you to wait until Monday to get started. Get started today with your new lifestyle.
