I' oud m 17 jaar, 5 lange voet 4 duim, en 175 ponden. I' m werkelijk bezig met school en buitenschoolse activiteiten, maar ik denk dat it' s tijd om tot mijn gezondheid een prioriteit te maken. Ik begrijp dat de geschiktheid/het gezonde leven een levensstijl, en I' zijn; m dat om een snelle moeilijke situatie ook niet vraagt niet. Ik wil enkel het weten: wat is een goed dieet voor me?
