For you to eat are getting enough exercise would be to eat just ride across town nothing is what vegetables to stay away from meats are ok but the body is very flexible in fact more fun as what vegetables are you are.
For you get sick at the best girl friend and salt that at the sun and hope this helps.
For about weeks and see if you should do minutes day that will get you should do minutes day non stop doing 40 sets of each so you dont then 20 sit ups then 20 push up set when you can do them but not to 60 the end you did 60 times start of each in.
